Full Management Service

Under our "Full Management" program, we provide the following services:

bookkeeping
monthly itemized statement (Yardi Software)
full property maintenance and repair
tax reporting/yearly 1099-misc. statement
bill payment service from rental proceeds
prescreening of potential tenants
evictions
prompt collection of rental payments
mortgage payment services
competitive and "no-cost" advertising
periodic inspections of properties
all managers are real estate licensees including
- property management
- licenses

Our fee for full management is 10% of the monthly rent collected from the tenant. We charge $40.00 per hour labor for maintenance services plus materials. Repairs cannot exceed $200 without prior authorization from the owner. If more than one (1) property, fees will be negotiated.
