We strive to maintain an excellent relationship with our tenants, and the following tools will help us in that journey.

Please review them for your information:

  • Rent may be paid online by logging in to your Tenant Portal. If you do not yet have a Tenant Portal activated, please contact our office for assistance.
  • You may pay your rent by cash, cashier’s check, money order, personal check, or by paying at any 7‐11 gas stations with a coupon that we provide you. Please ask our office for more information on acquiring a coupon.
  • Once your Tenant Portal has been activated, not only do you have access to pay your rent online, but you also have access to submit work orders for any maintenance and repairs.
  • We provide a convenient online document signing system through AUTHENTISIGN for leases and lease renewals.
  • If you have an emergency after hours, you may contact property manager Jon Lundahl directly at 775‐313‐1200. Please do not bother him UNLESS it’s an emergency. If it’s a life threatening situation, please call 911 immediately.
