Please review them for your information:

Rent Payments:

  • Tenant Portal: Rent may be paid online using a credit/debit card, or electronic checks. If you do not yet have a Tenant Portal activated, please contact our office for assistance.
  • Automatic Payments: Enroll in our automatic payment system for hassle-free rent payments. Your rent will be deducted from your chosen account on the due date every month.
  • In-Person: If you prefer paying in person, visit our leasing office during business hours. We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or by paying at any 7‐11 gas station with a coupon that we provide you. Please ask our office for more information on acquiring a coupon.

Tenant Portal Access:

Our tenant portal is your one-stop destination for managing your tenancy efficiently. Through the portal, you can:

  • Pay rent securely online.
  • Submit maintenance requests and track their status.
  • Access important documents such as lease agreements, community guidelines, and notices.
  • View tenant ledger. 
  • Change tenant contact information.
  • Communicate with our management team for any queries or concerns.

To access the tenant portal, simply visit www.ndirealty.com and log in using your unique username and password. If you encounter any issues accessing the portal, please contact the office for assistance.


Authentisign for Document Signing:

  • We utilize Authentisign for seamless and secure electronic document signing. Whether it's lease agreements, addendums, or other important documents, you can sign them digitally from anywhere, at any time.
  • You will receive an email notification with a link to access the document requiring your signature. Follow the instructions provided to review and sign the document electronically.
  • Authentisign ensures your signatures are legally binding and eliminates the need for paper-based documentation, making the process quick and environmentally friendly.

  • In the event of an after-hours emergency, where there is a risk of damage to you or the property, please don't hesitate to contact your property manager immediately, by calling our office at 775-322-1093 and following the prompts to reach the after-hours emergency contact. Your safety and the preservation of our property are our top priorities, and we're here to assist you promptly.
